I am a software engineer with more than a decade of experience delivering commercial solutions using Java, Scala, Python, Go, Groovy, JavaScript and C.

I am very passionate about technology and even more about people working in technology. I really enjoy helping engineers to improve thier personal effectiveness, consequentially improving team performance and delivery. This is impossible without starting with yourself, which motivates me to become a better technologist, person, husband and father.

I live in Sydney, Australia. In my free time, I learn surfing and enjoy playing classical guitar.
